Yes! Our formulas are made with gentle, mostly organic ingredients and are safe to use on color-treated, bleached, or chemically processed hair.
Is this safe to use while pregnant?

Can I use this oil on my child?

How often should I use the Hair Growth Oil?
Two to three times a week is ideal. Apply two to three droppers full directly to your scalp, massage it in, and leave it on for a 1-3 hours before washing.
Can I leave the hair oil in overnight?
It’s not recommended as oil left on for longer periods of time can cause buildup and be counter productive.
How should I use the Nail Growth Oil?
Twist the bottom of the pen to release oil and brush it onto clean nails and cuticles. Use daily or as needed.
Can I apply the oil to the rest of my hair or just the scalp?
Our formulas are safe for both the scalp and strands. You can use them all over to treat dryness, dullness, or breakage. Wherever your hair needs support.
How should I store my oils?
Keep your oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its shelf life and potency. No refrigeration needed.

How long before I see results with the Hair Growth Oil?
Consistency is key. Most users notice stronger, shinier hair within four to six weeks. Hair growth takes time, so stay committed.
Will it make my hair greasy?
Not if used as a treatment before washing. Avoid over-applying and always wash thoroughly after use.
Is shedding normal when starting a new oil?
Some mild shedding can happen when introducing a new scalp treatment, especially if you’re massaging areas that weren’t being stimulated before. This is often part of the renewal process as older hairs make way for stronger, healthier growth. Consistent use 2–3 times a week typically helps rebalance this over time.
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone’s hair journey is different, but most customers begin noticing improvements in softness, shine, and reduced shedding within the first few weeks. For visible growth, we recommend using the oil consistently for at least 2–3 months.* Like anything worth having, healthy hair takes time. Consistency is key!

We offer delivery every 4, 6, or 8 weeks so you can choose the timing that works best for your routine.
Subscriptions include 15% off, with a minimum of two orders required before cancellation. This allows us to offer a discount while ensuring fairness for small batch production.
You can manage, pause, or adjust your subscription anytime through your account.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. But if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided, Slae Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Lost Packages: If your order is not marked as delivered but has gone missing in transit, we can provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We’ll be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
